1. 在起動(dòng)混凝土攪拌罐車(chē)之前，必須進(jìn)行全面檢查。

2. 檢查汽車(chē)輪胎氣壓及磨損情況,按規(guī)定力矩緊固輪胎螺絲、輪胎氣壓補(bǔ)充到該車(chē)型規(guī)定值之內(nèi),根據(jù)磨損情況進(jìn)行輪胎換位。
2. Check the tire pressure and wear condition, tighten the tire screw according to the specified torque, add the tire pressure to the specified value of the vehicle, and transpose the tire according to the wear condition.
3. 檢查發(fā)電機(jī)、空調(diào)、水泵及助力泵皮帶的松緊與老化情況。

4. 檢查汽車(chē)前后車(chē)燈是否齊全(包括:大燈、視寬燈、轉(zhuǎn)向燈、剎車(chē)燈、倒車(chē)燈及霧燈)。
4. Check whether the front and rear lamps of the car are complete (including: headlamp, width lamp, steering lamp, brake lamp, reversing lamp and fog lamp).
5. 檢查發(fā)電機(jī)、空調(diào)、水泵及助力泵皮帶的松緊與老化情況。

6. 檢查電瓶液面及玻璃清洗劑罐的液面。

7. 檢查轉(zhuǎn)向助力油罐的油面是否符合規(guī)定,檢查系統(tǒng)各油管接口是否有滲油現(xiàn)象。

8. 檢查制動(dòng)器及離合器液面位置。

10. 做好檢查后，規(guī)范行駛攪拌車(chē)。

11. 混凝土攪拌罐車(chē)起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)后，應(yīng)使攪拌筒在低速下轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上方可工作。
11. After starting the engine of the concrete mixing tank truck, the mixing drum should be turned at low speed for about 10 minutes to make the hydraulic oil temperature rise to above 20 ℃.
12. 攪拌車(chē)裝運(yùn)攪拌好的混凝土?xí)r，攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速為210轉(zhuǎn)/分，在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中，平坦路面上攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速保證在2-3轉(zhuǎn)/分，行駛在側(cè)坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃動(dòng)較大的路面時(shí)，應(yīng)停止攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)，待路況好轉(zhuǎn)后再恢復(fù)攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)。
12. When the mixer truck transports the mixed concrete, the rotation speed of the mixing drum is 210 rpm. During transportation, the rotation speed of the mixing drum on the flat road should be 2-3 rpm. When driving on the road with side slope greater than 50 or the road with large left and right shaking, the mixing rotation should be stopped, and the mixing rotation should be resumed after the road condition improves.
13. 混凝土攪拌車(chē)運(yùn)送混凝土的時(shí)間不能超過(guò)攪拌站規(guī)定的時(shí)間。運(yùn)送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停轉(zhuǎn)，以防混凝土產(chǎn)生離析現(xiàn)象。應(yīng)時(shí)常觀(guān)察混凝土情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時(shí)通報(bào)調(diào)度室，申請(qǐng)作出處理。
13. The delivery time of concrete by concrete mixer truck shall not exceed the specified time of mixing plant. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not stop for a long time to prevent concrete segregation. The concrete condition shall be observed from time to time, and any abnormality found shall be timely reported to the dispatching room for handling.
14. 攪拌車(chē)在排出混凝土之前，應(yīng)使攪拌筒在10-12轉(zhuǎn)/分的轉(zhuǎn)速下轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)1分鐘，再進(jìn)行排料。
14. Before discharging the concrete, the mixer should rotate the mixing drum at the speed of 10-12 rpm for 1 minute before discharging.
