小型混凝土攪拌車原理是由底盤(pán)出示驅(qū)動(dòng)力來(lái)驅(qū)動(dòng)器液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的變量柱塞泵，把機(jī)械動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)成液壓機(jī)能傳送給定量分析電機(jī)，隨后再將根據(jù)減速器推動(dòng)攪拌筒旋轉(zhuǎn)，進(jìn)而對(duì)混凝土開(kāi)展強(qiáng)制性攪拌，使它在特殊時(shí)間內(nèi)不容易凝結(jié)。因?yàn)槠渌龅墓ぷ髦刑匦裕话阋罁?jù)對(duì)混凝土運(yùn)輸間距的長(zhǎng)度、施工工地標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及其對(duì)混凝土品質(zhì)和配制不一樣狀況的規(guī)定，一般采用2種不一樣工作方式。

1.預(yù)拌混凝土的攪拌運(yùn)輸。將在攪拌站攪拌好的混凝土立即裝進(jìn)攪拌車中運(yùn)輸，在小型混凝土攪拌車運(yùn)輸中途，攪拌筒大概以1～3r/min轉(zhuǎn)速比旋轉(zhuǎn)，使筒內(nèi)混凝土持續(xù)攪拌，防止混凝土離析狀況，以確保混凝土品質(zhì)。這類方法運(yùn)輸混凝土的間距不適合太長(zhǎng)，一般操縱在混凝土初凝之前，依據(jù)混凝土配制和實(shí)時(shí)路況、氣溫等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可定下距離或時(shí)間。

1. Mixing and transportation of ready mixed concrete. The concrete mixed in the mixing plant will be immediately transported into the mixer truck. During the transportation of small concrete mixer truck, the mixing drum will rotate at a speed ratio of 1-3r / min to continuously mix the concrete in the drum to prevent concrete segregation and ensure the quality of concrete. This kind of method is not suitable for long distance transportation of concrete. Generally, before the initial setting of concrete, the distance or time can be determined according to the concrete preparation, real-time road conditions, air temperature and other standards.

2.混凝土拌和料的攪拌運(yùn)輸。一般有2種狀況：顆粒料和水料攪拌運(yùn)輸。顆粒料灌水?dāng)嚢柽\(yùn)輸：在調(diào)料站將料石、混凝土等顆粒料按混凝土配制添加攪拌筒內(nèi)，再將攪拌自來(lái)水添加車?yán)飪?chǔ)水箱，在中途適度的間距或時(shí)間將水噴到筒內(nèi)，對(duì)混凝土開(kāi)展攪拌，也可去施工工地后攪拌。水料攪拌運(yùn)輸：在調(diào)料站將料石石料、混凝土和水等拌和料按配制另外裝進(jìn)攪拌筒內(nèi)，攪拌筒在運(yùn)輸中途以8～12r/min的轉(zhuǎn)速比旋轉(zhuǎn)，對(duì)拌和料開(kāi)展攪拌，進(jìn)行攪拌工作。

2. Mixing and transportation of concrete mixture. Generally, there are two kinds of conditions: granular material and water material mixing transportation. Granular material irrigation, mixing and transportation: in the mixing station, granular materials such as stone and concrete are added into the mixing drum according to the concrete preparation, and then the mixing tap water is added into the water storage tank in the truck, and the water is sprayed into the drum at an appropriate interval or time in the midway to carry out mixing for the concrete, or the mixing can be carried out after going to the construction site. Water material mixing and transportation: in the seasoning station, the mixing materials such as stone, concrete and water are separately put into the mixing drum according to the preparation, and the mixing drum rotates at the speed ratio of 8-12r / min in the middle of transportation to carry out mixing and mixing.

所述2種方法對(duì)比，前面一種更能增加對(duì)混凝土的運(yùn)輸時(shí)間或間距。第二種方法從某種意義上而言，小型混凝土攪拌車基礎(chǔ)取代了攪拌站的功效，為使用人既節(jié)約了機(jī)器設(shè)備項(xiàng)目投資，又提升了生產(chǎn)效率。可是，在混凝土粘結(jié)性，勻稱等品質(zhì)上存有著難題，不象攪拌站生產(chǎn)制造的混凝土那般好。因此，為確保混凝土的品質(zhì)，考慮當(dāng)代基本建設(shè)工程施工的規(guī)定，第一種工作方式變成了現(xiàn)階段小型混凝土攪拌車的優(yōu)選工作方式。

Compared with the above two methods, the former one can increase the transportation time or spacing of concrete. In a sense, the foundation of small concrete mixer replaces the effect of mixing station, which not only saves the investment of machinery and equipment project, but also improves the production efficiency. However, there are some problems in the quality of concrete, such as cohesiveness and symmetry, which are not as good as the concrete produced by mixing station.
