對水泥攪拌車底盤進(jìn)行正確的潤滑可以減少汽車零件的磨損，增加攪拌車零件的使用壽命，但是在實(shí)施潤滑時(shí)應(yīng)注意一下幾點(diǎn)：
Proper lubrication of the chassis of cement mixer truck can reduce the wear of vehicle parts and increase the service life of mixer truck parts. However, the following points should be paid attention to during lubrication:
1、正常使用情況下，按攪拌車廠家的保養(yǎng)周期進(jìn)行潤滑，環(huán)境惡劣情況下要適當(dāng)縮短保養(yǎng)周期。
1. Under normal use, it shall be lubricated according to the maintenance cycle of the mixer manufacturer, and the maintenance cycle shall be appropriately shortened under bad environment.
2、要選用規(guī)定的潤滑油。代用油料須性能接近，主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)須保證，并且用代用油應(yīng)時(shí)常檢查，且縮短使用周期。
2. The specified lubricating oil shall be selected. The performance of substitute oil shall be close, the main technical indexes shall be guaranteed, and the substitute oil shall be checked frequently to shorten the service cycle.

3、更換發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油時(shí)，要在熱狀態(tài)時(shí)進(jìn)行，以保證油能放盡。放油時(shí)應(yīng)注意檢查機(jī)油顏色是否正常、機(jī)油有無異物，以便發(fā)現(xiàn)故障隱患。待油放盡后，放油螺栓上的異物，然后擰緊。
3. When changing engine oil, it shall be carried out in hot state to ensure that the oil can be drained. When draining the oil, pay attention to check whether the oil color is normal and whether the oil has foreign matters, so as to find hidden troubles. After the oil is drained, remove the foreign matters on the oil drain bolt, and then tighten it.
4、進(jìn)行潤滑前，要清潔入口。潤滑后要清潔零件表面，以免沾上塵土和污物

5、更換新機(jī)油濾芯，將新機(jī)油注入發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)到油尺上限。為防止在沒有潤滑油的情況下啟動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，應(yīng)使高壓油泵處于斷油位置時(shí)按啟動(dòng)按鈕，空轉(zhuǎn)一會(huì)兒后，再啟動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，并低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。檢查機(jī)油濾清器有無滲漏，停機(jī)后，檢查并補(bǔ)充機(jī)油油面到油尺上。
5. Replace the new oil filter element and fill the engine with new oil to the upper limit of the dipstick. In order to prevent starting the engine without lubricating oil, press the start button when the high-pressure oil pump is in the oil cut-off position, idle for a while, then start the engine and run at low speed. Check the oil filter for leakage. After shutdown, check and replenish the oil level on the dipstick.
6、換機(jī)油濾芯：更換機(jī)油時(shí)，機(jī)油濾清器要同時(shí)更換，在密封墊上涂上一層薄薄的油，并且緊固濾清器。
6. Oil change filter element: when changing the oil, replace the oil filter at the same time, apply a thin layer of oil on the sealing gasket, and fasten the filter.以上就是小型混凝土攪拌車
